Ingredients
Mushroom -2 cups
Sliced onions -1 cup
Jeera -1/2 teaspoon
Minced Ginger & Garlic -1 teaspoon
Chilly powder -1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper powder -1 teaspoon
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
oil -2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves -for garnishing
Method
Heat the oil in a pan and add Jeera,minced ginger and garlic then add the onion and fry for 2 min in low flame,the onions should shrink now add the cut mushroom and cover it with the lid,the mushroom cooks with the moisture in it
After 5 min add chilly powder and salt.Stir and cook for 5 min then add pepper powder and remove from the heat.Garnish with coriander leaves
