Ingredients
Chopped Pineapple  -2 cup
Chilly powder -1 teaspoon
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Shredded Coconut -1/4 cup
Jeera -1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves -10
Mustard -1/2 teaspoon
Edible coconut oil -2 teaspoon
 To Grind
 Coconut,Jeera and curry leaves
 Method
Heat a pan and add the chopped pineapple,salt and chilly powder

Mix well and cook for 10 min,the pineapple gets cooked with the water in it.Now add the ground coconut paste and cook for 15 min
Tempering
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves after mustard cracks remove from the stove and add to the pineapple curry

Tangy and hot pineapple curry is ready to serve
Note
If the pineapple is sour add 1 inch piece of jaggery to curry

For Dough
Maida -1.5 cups
Water -3/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon
Salt -1/4 teaspoon
For Filling
Coconut -1 cup
Jaggery -4 small pieces
Cardamom powder-1/8 teaspoon
Butter -1 teaspoon
Ghee -4 teaspoon(approximately)
Method
Add maida,salt,butter and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well then add the required water and make soft dough,cover the dough and keep a side for 1 hour
 Coconut pooran
Boil the 1/4 cup of water and add the jaggery and allow them to melt,after the jaggery melts add coconut and mix well then add the cardamom powder and cook for 5 min
Cool them and make small balls
 Then take the dough and make small balls according to the coconut balls,take the dough balls and flat them and place the coconut pooran in the center now cover the poli from the sides and make a ball
In a plastic cover or banana leaf add a drop of ghee and place the poli balls and press gently with your palm and stretch them to a flat poli
Heat the tava and place the poli and add the ghee at the sides and cook like chappathi
Tasty poli is ready to taste

Ingredients
All purpose flour(Maida) -2 cup
Butter -1/2 cup(One stick)
Sugar -11/2 cup
Eggs -2
Baking powder -11/2 teaspoon
Coco Powder -1 1/2 teaspoon
Milk -1/4 cup
Method
Preheat the conventional oven to 350 degrees
In a big bowl blend the eggs then add the Sugar and whisk till it dissolves,now add the milk and mix together
Sieve the maida and baking powder together,add the sieved flour to the wet mixture and mix well
Take the half of the cake mixture to the another bowl and add coco powder
whisk it until the coco powder dissolves completely
Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with all purpose flour then add the white cake and coco cake mix alternatively(Don't bother if it mixes together)
Use a knife or chop sticks to make swirl
Bake the cake for 35 min and after 15 min remove from the pan and enjoy the yummy and delicious marble cake

Sabudana/Javvarisi -1 Cup
Mashed Potato -1/2 Cup
Rice flour -2 teaspoon
Chopped onion -3 teaspoon
Jeera -1/2 teaspoon
Green chilly -2
Shredded Ginger -1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida -1/8 teaspoon
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Oil -for deep frying
 Method
Soak the sabudana/javvarisi in water for 4 hours
Add the mashed potatoes,jeera,chopped chilly,shredded ginger,onion,rice flour and mix them together
Add the drained sabudana,salt and mash them together and make a tight dough
Make small round balls and flat them with palm then heat the oil in the heavy bottom pan
Fry the vadai and serve it hot with chutney or tomato ketchup
