Bitter guard -2
Chilly powder -1 teaspoon
Coriander powder -1/2 teaspoon
Jeera powder -1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon
Besan -2 teaspoons
Rice flour -2 teaspoon
Salt -1/2 teaspo the chilly

Cut the bitter guard in to thin slices and remove the seeds then add all the masala powders,besan,rice flour,salt and mix well 
Heat the oil in a pan and add the marinated bitter guard rings and fry untill golden brown

Remove from the oil and place in a paper towel to remove the excess oil and enjoy the crispy and healthy bitter guard chips
