Ingredients
Beans -20
Carrot -2
Chopped onion-1/4 cup
Green Chilly -2
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Mustard -1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal -1/4 teaspoon
Jeera -1/4 teaspoon
Grated coconut - t teaspoon
Salt -1/4 teaspoon
Method
Cut the beans and carrot in to fine pieces
Heat the pan and add oil then add mustard after it splutter add jeera,urad dal and curry leaves
Cook for 1 min and add chopped onion and chilly.After 2 min add the cut vegetables and saute for 1 min now sprinkle a hand full of water and cover the pan with lid
Cook for 2 min then add salt and grated coconut. Staute it and remove from heat and enjoy the colorful poriyal.
